Our design approach prioritised creating a cohesive neighbourhood feel while maximising natural light and cross-ventilation throughout. The buildings are oriented to capture views across the surrounding landscape, with generous balconies and communal spaces that encourage social connection.

The development received DA approval in March 2025, marking a significant milestone in bringing high-quality, human-centred architecture to one of Sydney's fastest-growing corridors.
